Board proposal one-pager

If neighbors are already using something and you want the association to make it official, the ask goes better on one page with real numbers. Fill this in and print it for the meeting packet.

Your proposal

Use real numbers. A modest true number persuades better than a big vague one.

    • A neighbor board for buying and selling
    • Clearly labeled as community-run, not official

    What official adoption adds

    • Document delivery, acknowledgments, e-signatures
    • Dues and autopay

    About this tool

    Is this free?

Yes, no account. It runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

Where do I get the numbers?

Type in what you actually know. If your community space already has an adoption dashboard, read them from there. Do not inflate anything: a board that catches one wrong number stops trusting the whole page.

What should the ask actually be?

Something specific and small enough to approve in one meeting. "Add it to next month’s agenda for a vote" is a better ask than "adopt a platform".

What if the board says no?

The resident-led version keeps working. Plenty of communities adopt officially a year later, often after a board election, because the habit stuck in the meantime.
