What link should the QR code point to?
Whatever your players should see: your community’s booking schedule, a group calendar, or a page with the rules. If you do not have a schedule yet, that is the thing to set up first.
How should I print it?
Print to letter paper at 100% scale, then laminate it or slide it into a sheet protector. Zip-tie it to the fence at eye level near the gate.
Can I use this for the pool, clubhouse, or gym?
